The entire production line can be designed/customized according to customer requirements, employing a PC control system/automatic control. The grinding plate section features an automatic lubrication system with periodic/timed lubrication to ensure stable and long-term use of the mechanical components.
The swing structure utilizes a separate motor linkage mechanism and a double slider design, ensuring stable and reliable swing. The grinding plate features a side-flipping glass top cover for easy maintenance. The grinding brushes are easily and quickly removed from the side of the machine. A dual-support lifting structure and servo motor adjustment ensure more stable brush operation. The grinding brush motor uses frequency conversion control for smooth and energy-efficient operation. The glue roller pressure component uses a ceramic outer sleeve with a PE inner sleeve for self-lubrication and a long service life. When used with a copper powder recovery machine, it significantly reduces water consumption, effectively filters copper powder, saves water, and improves grinding plate performance. The drying section body is constructed from a single welded stainless steel unit, making the machine more heat-resistant and less prone to deformation. A double-layer transparent tempered glass cover effectively prevents changes caused by aging or temperature fluctuations, allowing for easy observation of the internal condition of the machine.
