Description
Fully automatic laser wire stripping, cutting and soldering machine
The fully automatic laser wire stripping, cutting, and tinning machine utilizes CO2 lasers to cut the outer layer of wires, offering unique advantages in processing high-end wires. Because CO2 laser cutting only affects the plastic and not the conductor, it provides a unique advantage: clean cuts without damaging the conductor, high efficiency, high output, extremely low defect rate, and ease of operation. Therefore, the fully automatic laser wire stripping, cutting, and tinning machine has become the preferred choice for high-end wire cutting.
Advantages of the fully automatic laser wire stripping, cutting, and tinning machine:
a) High quality and low defect rate during production;
b) High output, effectively reducing production costs;
c) High reliability and high stability;
d) Customized to customer needs, simple operation;
e) Wide range of applicable materials: chlorides of ethylene polymers, glass fiber, polyester, polyester film, fluorides, nylon, polyethylene, silicone resin, and other insulation layers of varying hardness or high-temperature resistance, etc., suitable for most types of wires.
2. The fully automatic laser wire stripping, cutting, and soldering machine utilizes the GrandUse control system in conjunction with a full servo motor, ensuring more precise and stable positioning during wire feeding, laser stripping, cutting, twisting, and soldering.
The GrandUse control system can be upgraded in real time and is very convenient to connect to the MES system. It uses high-quality components, guaranteeing higher equipment quality and more durable, smooth, and stable operation.
3. Laser stripping ensures no damage to the wire conductor. CO2 only affects the outer plastic sheath of the wire and has no effect on the copper metal, thus solving the problem of stripping high-requirement, high-difficulty, and special-requirement wires.
4. Fully automatic computer control of stripping length, cutting length, twisting length, soldering depth, and computer-controlled blade adjustment (no shims required). All operations are digitally controlled, with input displayed on the screen.
5. Utilizing computer-controlled automatic detection, the machine automatically stops in cases of low air pressure, motor malfunction, or belt abnormalities, and displays the cause of the fault for quick troubleshooting. A wire shortage is automatically detected by the computer.
6. Waste material is collected using vacuum suction, which is clean, convenient, and simple.
7. The machine operates with low noise, low power consumption, high speed, and high efficiency, and the computer has a memory storage function.
