8. The board feeding section is equipped with a board feeding sensor. If no board is fed within a preset time, the heating system and some liquid pumps will automatically shut down to ensure water and electricity conservation.
9. The etching spray plate features an integrated design for uniform pressure and an independently adjustable structure for easy operation. Etching line width and spacing are 2.0mil/2.0mil, with a uniformity (c.0.v) ≥ 95%.
10. The stripping, etching, and desoldering sections are integrated into a single line, allowing for independent control and inline speed adjustment.
11. An optional chemical dosing system is available for the etching section.
